good morning everybody and welcome to
Friday as you guys are going into the
end of your week I'm going and to start
the beginning of my week but we had a
very good weekend with our family we
stayed pretty busy actually because this
week was our grocery shopping week we
tried to limit our grocery shopping to
our big we do one big grocery shop which
usually is roughly about the first week
of the month sometimes the second week
of the month but it just depends on how
much we have extra food going over to
the next month but this month we happen
to go through all the food in October so
we needed to do our grocery shopping
this week so we went and got all of our
groceries and then like the only things
that we have left that we get but we get
these weekly is our fresh vegetables and
stuff like that I can actually see tear
anyways
Wallace train of thought uh so we went
into the grocery shopping yesterday and
that felt good because I was able to get
a lot of foods that are going to cater
to my new eating habits so that was nice
I got lots of fresh things but also
foods that don't contain a lot of sugar
or carb it was a little bit hard I'm
gonna say that it took us a little bit
extra time grocery shopping because of
course I needed to stop and read more of
the ingredients and things like that but
all in all I feel very confident in what
we bought that it will be a much better
help than what I was eating and I can
successfully say in one week you guys
I'm down 12 pounds so yay
um I haven't been like recording my
weigh-ins just because they've been
spontaneous and I've been weighing in
almost daily just because I'm trying to
make sure I'm keeping up with that I'm
losing weight you know because I don't
have any room to be messing around
clearly so for me it's like I know I
need to be weighing in daily to watch
that and um yeah so I can say that last
week I started at 479 and I'm down to
467 so I am going in the right direction
I am you know I just keep telling myself
this isn't a diet this is not something
that just do for a few months I'm gonna
have to do this for a lifetime because
now that I've got the fear of you know
diabetes are right there knocking on my
door well I mean well actually I open
the door to it but I only opened it a
little bit just a little crunch so I am
hoping with the changes that I have been
making it will continue to go the route
that I'm working for which is to lose my
weight so I'm excited about that um the
other thing oh I have not been doing
exercising my doctor I called them
because of my back and my doctor said he
would rather me wait to do um like
stand-up exercising anything that's
really cause II much much pressure on my
back until we get the MRI so we can see
if there's a stars stress fracture in my
spine but I'm still doing like my arm
exercises and stuff but I haven't really
recorded it because it's kind of like
there's only so much I can do with my
arms so I just kind of left it at that
and what else I'm trying to think
I took my vitamin D again on Thursday so
I'm just hoping that this amps might
definitely have been filling you know
the the joint pain is really bad it
hurts and I know it's because of the
vitamin D now I know it's the vitamin D
so I know there are things that I have
to do in order to stop my pain which is
to get my vitamin D levels up but I can
only do one pill of 50,000 milligram are
50,000 units of vitamin D at one time
per week so you know that's gonna be
like you said you're gonna take one yeah
one every Thursday because I started on
Thursday so every Thursday
for 56 days I will take a 50,000 unit
and then we will check back and see
where I am at with my levels later I
don't know why my computer takes so much
time to work like it takes forever all I
wanted was my comments on my videos but
and then what else was I gonna talk
about oh I wanted to address as well
I've had a few comments not very many
but a few comments where people are
saying that I'm making money with my
reviews so I just want to put this out
there I don't really feel I have to put
it out there and I but I want to put it
out there for your guys's sake for the
ones that are questioning it I just want
to make it known that I do not make
profit off of my reviews what I make is

I just wanted to mention that there was
a few comments from my my last slide
that I did that I need to tend to my
kids rather than be on life no I want to
explain two things one is I am teaching
my children patience that is a big thing
that I think a lot of people lack is
patience when they want something they
demand it and they expect it to be
answered now that is a typical three
four five year old however it is my job
as being the mom to teach my children
that that's not how we work you need
something you can nicely interrupt but
if somebody is busy and says we'll all
help you then that means I'll help you
in a minute so you need to wait my
children have and I have been very
lenient to making my kids wait their
turn they have been used to just coming
in and saying what it is that they want
I jump up an answer and then they get
what they need but now I'm starting to
teach them hey when mom's busy you don't
need my attention 24/7 the other night
when I went live I made sure my children
were fed bathed and ready to do
something to keep themselves busy I
allowed each of the kids to choose an
activity that I knew would keep them
busy during the time that I knew I was
going live if you change your activity
that's not my problem you're gonna have
to wait for me to be able to go to you
and help you figure out whatever this
activity is that you're choosing so in
that instance when the kids were coming
in and wanting things and I was saying
hold on a minute that's because they
chose to change what they were doing and
they're gonna have to wait now if my kid
comes in and they're hurt or something
like that of course I'm gonna get up and
see what's going on but if I know it's
nothing that is detrimental and that you
know is gonna cause something bad to
happen then I don't need to get up and
watch what they're doing and you know
especially because I have a camera in
here I can see what's going out and
going on in my living room I can see
what's going on in my kitchen I could
see what's going on outside my home with
my camera that I have security for so I
know what my kids are up to all the time
so if they're doing something bad of
course then I can just like jump off and
go do what I need to do really quick but
I just want to put that out there that I
think that's one thing that kids lack
these days is that you can't expect
everybody you can't walk into a store
and go through the front of the line and
demand the you know the cuts are the
customer service helper worker whatever
to tend to you just because you need it
now know you have to stand in line you
have to wait your turn
that's the same with this I'm busy
you're going to stand in line and you're
going to wait your turn because I know
you're
Hey and you're just meeting my attention
cuz you want me to stop doing what I'm
doing to figure something else out that
was not part of the the what we were
planning to do at the beginning of this
whole live so I just want to put that
out there that I do not neglect my
children however I am teaching them
patience omar's going into kindergarten
next year I can't have him going into
kindergarten and slamming his hand out
on the table because he needs a certain
color crayon and he doesn't have it and
flipped out on the teacher because he
needs that credit he needs that cran now
no you need to wait your turn
when it's time you will get your block
cran or whatever cran and you can use
that crayon but if the teacher is busy
and she's helping somebody or she's
doing something else she can't just stop
everything because you need something
right then and there that's what I'm
teaching my children and that's how I
foresee my parenting to be the right
thing we're all different in our
parenting every under individual
compared however so you may not agree
with me and I may not agree with you but
that doesn't mean that I am a child
abuser or I neglect my children any of
those things as you can see my children
are taking care of very well so there's
nothing to be concerned of the other
thing was about Sebastian and I've
explained this multiple times I'm just
gonna say it one more time
Sebastian is not currently overweight
right now what is going on is this is
the season that they go into hibernation
so the what happens is the I don't know
how it works but somehow their body
fills up with a certain type of fat and
that's what keeps them warm and also
helps them be able to sleep more hours
and they he only he only eats one time a
day he comes out about I'll see he comes
out usually between five and six
sometimes he'll stay out for maybe an
hour just very much depends but he won't
eat he just goes to the bathroom uses
his box and then he'll go back in his
den and
if he comes out to eat it's usually
about eight or nine and then he'll stay
out for about an hour two hours and he's
Becca in his den back to sleep if I call
him he comes right to me so someone said
well do you have to cry and climb under
your bed to get him no I don't climb
under my bed all I do is call him and he
comes straight to me just like if you
were to you know train a dog that's the
same thing he listens just like a dog so
he just comes straight to us we don't
have to crawl under the bed and he is my
emotional support animal however yes he
gets along with Jeremiah very well
Jeremiah and him have amazing bond but
that doesn't take away the fact that he
is my emotional support animal but just
because he's an emotional support animal
doesn't mean he has to be in my lap 24/7
he comes up to me and cuddles me a lot
but not really in this season because
right now he really doesn't have
anything to do with anybody he kind of
stays in his own lane because he's in
hibernation mode so it's all about sleep
for him I wish I could go into
hibernation mode so it's not that he's
overweight in fact I feel like he's
actually losing a little bit of his fat
which it could be because they put on a
lot starting in the beginning of October
and usually they start losing it roughly
around the end of November going into
December but by February they're
completely back down to their normal
weight because that's when they go into
breeding season and then they're alive
in a week all the way up until fall
again and then it's back to hibernation
mode but they're not like a bear they
don't go into a pure hibernation they
will come in they go into like a light
hibernation but they still can sleep for
anywhere from 18 to 20 hours a day
easily if not more so there's that other
than that there has been not a whole lot
going on I have to go and run some quick
errands today and then I'm back home I'm
not doing much of anything last night
Ollie made oh my gosh he taught me how
cuz I don't I've made it roast a few
times but I've always made it with like
potatoes and things like that but last
night he made a roast and this roast was
amazing oh my goodness let me tell you
this roast was so tender and so
flavorful
yeah flavorful flavorful is that how you
say I can't talk today anyways it tasted
good um he did not add any vegetables
and he anything any potatoes nothing he
just made the broth and then cooked it
oh and then he made a soup on the side
and it had like tomato but it wasn't
chunks of tomato it was just like a
tomato kind of base and then it had
spinach in it that was it just cook
spinach and oh my goodness you guys that
was amazing so and then he made rice on
the side for himself because I wasn't
gonna eat any rice so it was a really
good dinner and that's kind of what
we've been doing is just making things
that I know that are safe for me to eat
night before last I had salmon and some
shrimp and salad and I called it a day
you know and I noticed that since I've
been taking the med Forman that I'm not
hungry
very much so I tried to eat something in
the morning because now I'm taking in my
med form in twice a day and I think
there are on the counter I take up one
med form in in the morning and what
meant for med Foreman at night before
dinner and and I'm so I'll do that for a
week and then the next week I will be
taking in three a day but it definitely
curves my appetite and just makes me
just not when I eat very much so I eat
breakfast and I eat dinner and I try to
eat a snack in between like not in
between but just kind of midday
so yesterday at Costco I did get some
beef jerky sticks because I can have you
know a beef jerky stick and it would be
okay or
I got a little things of cheese so I can
eat a couple squares of cheese because
I'm just not really hungry I'm just not
i I am so focused on getting this weight
off because I I have to that I would
rather be very focused on getting the
weight off of a wonderful weekend and I
will be thinking of each and every one
of you over the weekend all right talk
